Shipping and Returns
Flek Toys ships to Canada. Orders are shipped on business days, Monday to Friday. Packages are shipped out within 2 business days following the order date. Should the delay be longer, we will reach out to let you know.
You have 30 days after the delivery of your order to return an item. After 30 days of delivery of your order, we will no longer accept returns. If you have any questions, we invite you to contact our customer service department directly at info@flektoys.com.
Please note that the product needs to meet all our return conditions:
- In perfect, unused and resalable condition
- In its original packaging. No return will be accepted in a different packaging and the packaging must be in the same condition it was received.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange (return of the product and resending of a new product).
Exceptions – items that are not exchangeable or refundable.
- Items sold as pre-order
- Items sold during promotions
- Sample sales or items offered free of charge as part of a contest or collab.
